The batter is rested for up to 48 hours to develop deep, nuanced flavor before being baked slowly in traditional copper molds imported from France and Japan.

🍽 How to Enjoy:
Freshly made and vacuum-sealed to preserve quality and texture. For best results, reheat briefly before serving.
