A canelé is a small French pastry with a deeply caramelized crust and a soft, custardy center, traditionally infused with fragrant vanilla and a touch of dark rum. Each bite is a delicious balance of texture and flavor, steeped in centuries of French baking tradition.
We make ours the old-fashioned way—by hand, in small batches, using simple, honest ingredients: fresh eggs, whole milk, real vanilla beans, dark rum, and a whisper of orange liqueur. The batter is rested for up to 48 hours to develop deep, nuanced flavor before being baked slowly in traditional copper molds imported from France and Japan.
The result? A perfectly caramelized crust that gives way to a silky, tender interior. It’s rich, elegant, and unlike anything else.

How to Enjoy
Freshly made and vacuum-sealed to preserve quality and texture. For best results, reheat briefly before serving.
- Air Fryer: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and heat for 3–5 minutes
- Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and heat for 5–8 minutes
Let them cool for a couple of minutes so the crust can crisp up beautifully.
